Monumental mid 19th century French Henry II walnut bookcase, of breakfront form, having pierced galleries and a molded cornice surmounting a relief carved frieze, above the trifurcated case with three partially glazed doors opening to three shelves, centered by columnar stiles, surmounting three raised panel doors, the center door relief carved with scrolling dragons, flanked by doors having geometric designs, the whole rising on a plinth base with acorn feet, 97"h x 85"w x 20"d.
