Description
Victorian walking stick with carved bone and 1829 capped bust silver half dollar coin. Due to the date of the coin and the star shield on handle, this is attributed to the Andrew Jackson Inauguration. Carved bone handle sports a raised 13-Star American shield crest with flower and leaves. The capped bust Liberty Silver Half-Dollar Coin has been altered into an oval shape and sit on an angle. Tapering painted black wood shaft that appears to be missing butt cap at base. Measures 36 1/2" L.
