From collections of Gerald Martin Parmer (1943 - 2019) of Georgia. Private collectors, a medals decorated US Veteran Army, The USA consultant Republic of China and later as a security specialist and military policeman in the Philippines.

Pair of Chinese Qing Dynasty Yongzheng Famille Rose Peony Porcelain Bowls On Carved Hardwood Stands. The porcelain potted with a shallow body, slight deep, thick, flaring rim with angled cavetto elevated the steep sides upward the close mouth rim, raised on ring foot base slight concave. Hand painted ornamentations are rendered in red base color which contrast against famille rose design color, depicted of peony flowers bloom interspersed fresh green foliage. The colors are harmonious, elegant and exquisite, the composition is sophisticated, simply a feast for the eye.The Under-base bears a reign mark, a four under glazed blue script characters reign mark, enclosed within double blue rings lines. Made in The Years YongZheng Reign Period of The Great Qing Dynasty.
