Description
Chinese silver sycee or ingot, 50 tael boat form with four stamps to the top reading "Dong Hai Guan (Province), Min Guo Yue Nian, Lu Hsieh Zong (silversmith) and Yi". 2 1/2" H x 4 3/8" W x 2 1/2" D. Circa 1912-1933, Republic of China era. 58.89 troy ounces.
Condition
Ingot appears to retain the original oxidized finish. Some bending to one side of the lip, green felt added to the base, otherwise overall very good condition.
