Item Details

Description

Frank Colson (American, 1931-2015). A monumental terracotta studio art pottery figural statue. An equine form modeled in a whimsical manner as a mythical Pegasus flying horse. Hand decorated in a colorful palette. Having detachable wings (each measures approximately 18.5" x 8" x .75"). Incised signature and dated COLSON 1991 to right rear leg.

Dimensions: 34.75 X 32 X 11 in.

Condition: Good overall condition having average surface wear, including surface wear to wings. Estate fresh to the market.
