Late 20th C., by L. Hitchcock, Connecticut, stencil-decorated and painted with silhouettes and residences of George Washington, John Adams, Thomas Jefferson, and Andrew Jackson, each painting signed "M. Morgan" l.l.c. Mel Morgan was the Art Director of Hitchcock for 28 years.
Each 35-1/2"h overall, seat height 15"h
