Antique c1880s Checkerboard or One patch Quilt with a Zig Zag border. Small for a child, measures 53x60 inches. It is hand pieced and hand quilted. Thin cotton batting with a woven cotton stripe reverse. In good condition, some wear to the edging and small hole in the border. Purchased at an Estate Sale in NJ in the 1990s.
