Stunning painting in the Manner of Marc Chagall. Truly amazing depiction of a young lady with an ever so suspicious look in her eyes. Provocative! We base this attribution on the same style, subject, complexity, and signature as used by Chagall. Be sure and see the museum stamps on the verso! Medium: Acrylic on paper. Edition: Unique, original work of art. Signature: Lower Right. Condition: Excellent. Size: 13 x 9 in. Frame: 19 x 16 in. We could not find another image of this online anywhere as this is an original. Provenance: This original is from the private estate of our collector in Chicago. He spent decades collecting but did not pay for authentication. Marc Chagall was a Russian-French artist of Belarusian Jewish origin. An early modernist, he was associated with several major artistic styles and created works in a wide range of artistic formats, including painting, drawings, book illustrations, stained glass, stage sets, ceramics, tapestries and fine art prints.
