Burlon Craig (B1914-D2002) Monumental Face Jug (8G) Pottery
Item Details
Description
This is the tallest Burlon Craig face jug that we have ever seen. And confirmed that this may indeed be his tallest with multiple sources (by at least 1" in height taller). At 22.75"H x 14"W this is a ginormous folk pot of the most impressive nature. And it is fantabulous and strongly we recommend coming to the auction to witness this pot in person on Saturday. Understandably, given the size & weight of the face jug, there is a small stress firing line on the base. Otherwise mint condition.
Condition
all pottery is in good estate condition, the picture will show any flaws and if we see something that needs to be noted we will do so in the listing.
