Description
Two Chinese porcelain ink paste boxes. Late 19th / early 20th century, Qing Dynasty. Both decorated in underglaze blue. Comprised of a round box, the lid decorated with a rooster within a landscape setting, 3-1/8" diameter, 1-1/8" high. Together with a rectangular ink box having a scalloped edge with canted corners. The lid decorated with foliage and a butterfly, 2.25" wide, 1.25" deep, 1-3/8" high.
