Victorian Rosewood Cased Upright Piano, John Broadwood & Sons, London, mid-19th century, adjustable candleholders, sheet music rest, faceted circular legs on casters.

Note: The makers of this piano, John Broadwood & Sons, were important British piano makers in the late 18th and early 19th century. Interestingly, the Astor family patriarch, John Jacob Astor (1763-1848), worked as an agent for the firm in American after emigrating from London in 1784.
